THE 1st DAY

We have not headed down the highway towards Missouri yet !!! Have some unfinished business to attend too on Tuesday, since today was an offficial holiday... We REALLY , REALLY appreciated the warm ' SENDING FORTH' from Christ United Methodist Church of Belle Plaine during the 8:30 worship period and then having the opportunity to announce what transpired during the 10:45 worship..... It was so wonderful for all of you to show your love and well wishes for us as we begin our ' Journey' There was appoximately 60- 75 who came by the Community Center to view our ' HOME' We wish to say a special THANK YOU to Phylis Hosek and Donna Banes for assisting us by making all those wonderful cookies and Punch, then acting as servers. Also we want to give Terri Jo a special Hug and Thanks for coming to our rescue for helping secure the items that were needed that we forgot too bring with us. ALSO PLEASE REMEMBER TO JOIN US IN PRAYER AT THIS TIME FOR HER FATHER, which is undergoing surgery soon. We will be traveling early Wednesday morning so please pray for a safe journey for us.
