TRAVELING CATS REPORTING

MEOW---PURRRRR:

It is around mid-night Saturday night/ Sunday morning, Mr. Bill and Mom took Dad to something called ER, they left here around 4:30 p.m. and we haven't heard anything from them yet ???

Bamm-Bamm said for me not to get on here or Dad would probably skin me for letting the news out. So I am makin' my 1st effort at this reporting business.

The folks got in around 12:45a.m., we heard mom say that they were in the waiting area for 2hrs , then in the room another 4 hrs before they even saw a Dr. Mom said that the hospital took blood from dad 3 different times and vitals 2 different times. An urine specimen was also gathered.

The conclusion was nothing wrong--- except maybe some slight bronchitis. A shot in the rump and 2 prescriptions and sent home to rest.

In Weslaco, Tx. ONE CANNOT get a prescription filled on a Sunday, so had to wait til today, then they had to wait for the antibiotic to be transferred in from a sister store.

Dad says it sure is a good thing that most of the projects here are completed as it just Bill and 3 ladies.

Us Traveling Cats are sure going to hate leaving here, as we BOTH have been enjoying the outdoor freedoms during the DAY TIME,,, even Bamm as been heading out when ever possible.. We are parked just across some woods from a Bird Sanctuary and with all of the thickets here, we have enjoyed hunting . BUT ALL GOOD THINGS must come to an end.

Mom has started to get things ready for travel next Monday around 10 a.m. We get to return to the folks favorite Texas friends- THE Wiehrs plan staying there for a few days then onto Iowa

We think Dad will be to his NORMAL self by Wednesday ---If Dad is ever normal,,

If NOT then one of us will put paws to keys and squeal on him,
