Mid-week westview week 1

HEY :: We are surviving the heat and humidity, Judy and the other 2 ladies on paint crew are over half done with the womens showers and restrooms.
John and the cabin repair crew have the demolition done and have actually started the rebuild,,, we found the back of cabin ( the north side) badly rotted and termites damaged . So we tore out all the damaged boards including the end support beams. These beams were back in place by 4 pm today. :)

The other couples name are Jim and Jan Gee, from Ohio; and Tom and Connie Mitro, from Virginia; Jim and Roxie Waters, from Texas, and team leaders Jack and Arlene Fenn, who are full time RVers orginally from the Chicago area. I better post this before I loose the signal:((((


Please pray for the Katrina victims as they are remembering the disaster of 2 yrs ago. also please pray that we have continue good weather to complete our task on time here at WESTVIEW ON THE JAMES.

Also we just found out that our next Nomad assignment in Hinton N.C. will include most of the team here now except the Mitros, which is very unusual for NOMADS teams work together for more that 1 project!!!!
